Bought an open box monitor. What tests should I do?

I don't see any dead pixels. I'm assuming there is no way to "stress test" a monitor. Is there anything specific I should look for to make sure it's in good shape?

Dents in the case. Knives that have been shoved through the panel.

Might want to check if it's been filled with gasoline and lit on fire as well.

Just use it continuously.
If it's a pile of ****, you shouldn't have bought open box.
If it isn't, congratulations.

Even though the game runs in 720p, it produces another 480p stream for the New Controller. That's like 1200p!
