No it isn't, because it currently costs $85, and $70 after a rebate.
Anyway, how is this board?

Even though the game runs in 720p, it produces another 480p stream for the New Controller. That's like 1200p!

Edit: errr... well potential....

that's better for overclocking sans explosion, but this board is $5 more and is in a whole other tier: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138355

Oh, nice, Z77. I didn't think there'd be one that cheap, so I was hunting for z68/p67 boards on sale.

^yea that one is usually $125-$130. at $109.99 I'm tempted to buy one for myself for no reason. that's the board that has effectively replaced the asrock extreme 3 gen 3 as the best bang for buck intel motherboard.

It doesn't mention anything about the unlocked multiplier, so it's pretty likely it's just a copypasta of their component quality advertisement.

Damn, I sorta wish I was proven wrong about the TZ68K+ being not good for overclocking, cause I have it lol.

60sec mentioned that it VRMs are bad, so does there happen to be a quick read on VRMs that explain how to tell really quickly if a mobo has bad ones?

^ it's the type of vrms and the amount. you don't want a board with less than 10 power phases, especially low end vrms, because it will limit overclocking, won't hold a stable overclock and worse case scenario, explode.

Not really, though if it has digital VRMs, that's usually a good sign that they aren't bad.
Also, something with a 4 or 6 phase power design and analogue VRMs is going to be bad for anything but budget builds.
