Upgrade or build a new system?

My build is currently over 3 years old and the only things I've upgraded are the hard drive and video card (minorly). I'm wondering though if at this point should I even look into buying an upgrade, or just build a new system. Here's my current parts.

Granted I'll likely be waiting till the beginning of next year before actually putting money down for one, but I'm curious if at this time it's worth upgrading at all or just building a new system.

LGA 775... DDR2... HD4980... ooold generation hardware.

I'd say time for a whole new system, brotha. You could keep your case though.
