I got promised a minimum of 4mb with an average of 6mb and a maximum of 8mb.
These are the stats from my router:
Connection Information Line state: Connected Connection time: 0 days, 00:41:37 Downstream: 7.938 Mbps Upstream: 448 Kbps
But when I do a speedtest I get 1.92mb with a download speed of roughly 230Kbp/s.
Everytime I ring BT they just say they are going to reset the IP profile but they have been saying this for 4 weeks now and nothing is getting resolved. --- I'm talking nonce-sense!

After speaking with another advisor I told him that the speed I am getting is ADSL speed when I should be on ADSL+2 or Max (whichever is fastest).
I told him this and asked him what I was on and he said ADSL before saying someone will call me back from the diagnostic team (basically stuttering and sounding like he had no idea what he was talking about. --- I'm talking nonce-sense!
