Boot Windows 8 CP from a usb?

I followed that but thats just to install from a usb, I want to actually run the OS from my usb, possible?

Nope. The only way that's possible is with Enterprise and that's not going to be available outside volume licensing

But question (I have never done a dual boot), when I restart my computer will it go to W7 automatically? (thats what I want it to do) also lets say Im done with it and want to put merge the partition back into my disc space, can that be done without erasing everything else?

Let me explain, I have two HDD's my main 64gb SSD and a 500gb HDD which I store all my big files, im planning on making a 25gb parition from that for W8, after im done using W8, can I delete that parition then put the 25gb back into the 500 safely without earasing the whole 500gb?

Also I have 370gb of free space on my 500gb, how can I take 25gb from that? The Extend Volume option is greyed out.

Nevermind, figured it out, man things are SO much simpler in W7 then in XP. Good stuff.
