where does Steam put strategy guides you buy?

I purchased the Saints Row 3 official guide from Steam today (66% off) but I don't know where it is.

Steam put a shortcut on my desktop to access it, but the shortcut is just a blank page icon, as if nothing was installed yet, or done. When I click the icon it just opens up steam and says the guide will be installed.

I have done this already though! Anyone ever had this before?

Could it be in your Saints Row Steam Folder?

Is it under Media in the Steam filter thing for the library tab?
