Never Ending Update?

So, I bought Psychonauts and I had played it for a good 30 minutes then I quit. I went to get back on and I get a pop up saying that it's updating the game. The problem is it won't end even though it says there are 0 second left. I've left it on for nearly 10 minutes hoping that it was just being slow, but nothing has happened. Does anybody have any idea what's going on or have a solution to the problem?

Tried restarting Steam? I believe this problem is happening because of Steam's downloading system. You might find more information on the Steam forums

I have restarted steam. I'll check the forums though, thanks.
