Help on upgrading graphics card.

I finally have to come to the conclusion that I want to upgrade my graphics card. Now I have never changed a part on the motherboard or any of that. Only thing I have ever done is upgrade my DVD drives and that's about it.

First and foremost, is it easy to install a new graphics card and maybe a new power supply?

Also, going along with that, what would be a good graphics card to buy and would it needed to change my power supply? I am looking to play Skyrim and Max Payne 3 on my PC on some good FPS as opposed to what I have right now. These are my specs:

Processor: AMD Phenom 9750 Quad-Core 2.4 GHZ
8GB of RAM
Windows 7 Ultimate
GeForce 9500 GT

I believe my power supply is of 360 Watts but I'm not sure. If you need that info I'll check my computer and open and inspect.

Any help would be appreciated :)

GPU is easy it's just plug and play and give it power if needed then update the drivers. The PSU can be alittle harder depending on your case, if it's a pre-built, and just hooking everything back up. Nothing hard really just alittle more to it.

wont let me edit :( Might want to go ahead and check the watts on the PSU too. If it is only 360 your most likly going to need a new one.

Yeah I mean I bought this CPU which is a pre built HP but it's been 3 years now and I think it needs some upgrading.

Any good GPUs out there that could fit my needs on playing Skyrim and Max Payne 3? I have a budget of around 150-200 so if it could include the card and power supply that would be neat.

And yeah, it says its max continuous output power is 350W so I'm assuming that's what it is.
