Is there a way to have windows 7s docking feature on xp?

First, is this even the right board to ask this question, if not please point me in the right direction.

Second, if you don't know the feature I am talking about, its the one where you can drag an open window (whether it be a folder or application) to certain positions at the edge of the screen to have it automatically resize.

I think it's called Power Resizer, but I've never used it though so I don't know how well it works.

A windows 7 install disk can install that feature for you.

I can't tell if you're being serious or trolling, installing windows 7 on this machine isn't an option at the moment.
