First, is this even the right board to ask this question, if not please point me in the right direction.

Second, if you don't know the feature I am talking about, its the one where you can drag an open window (whether it be a folder or application) to certain positions at the edge of the screen to have it automatically resize.

I think it's called Power Resizer, but I've never used it though so I don't know how well it works.

A windows 7 install disk can install that feature for you.

I can't tell if you're being serious or trolling, installing windows 7 on this machine isn't an option at the moment.
