I really like it but it's definitely not a game for everyone. If you enjoy this style of game then I say grab it. I've never played the wizardry games but from what I've read they can be very difficult, Grimrock isn't too hard but it's also not a cakewalk either. --- Phenom II X4 960T | 8GB Mushkin Silverline | XFX HD 6850 Add me on BC2 & BF3: xEverdred

It's a great game. However, it's not really like Wizardry. It's more focused on puzzle-solving, with combat being secondary and quite arcade-like.

Atmospheric and great fun finding secrets. The combat is lame for the most part but it can be satisfying. I enjoyed it and finished it. I'm not sure I'd want to play another game similar to it for a while but it was a breath of fresh moldy air. --- 2500k @ 4.5 | P8Z68-V Pro | H80 | 8GB | 580 3GB | 60+120 ssd | 6Tb hdd | Win 7 64bit | ax1200w | BD burner | cm690II Steam: DV8ing1

I like it, though I still need to finish it. The video review posted earlier does a pretty good job of summing it up. --- Can I interest you in a...side mission?

Grimrock is an absolutely fantastic game; really a masterpiece IMO.

It's okay, I guess. I got bored after just an hour and a half, but maybe it's just me. I'd recommend waiting for a sale to buy it. --- The world gets weirder every day. PSN: Marioface5

Seems very similar to Dungeon Master to me, except with prettier visuals. --- "The Wii board - where some people go to be trolls, and others go to be trolled." (LimblessQuasar 2011) Playing Anno 1404: Can I produce spices yet?
