Is there a way to uninstall a mouse driver without the mouse plugged in?

My friend is getting BSODs randomly. He unplugged his mouse and they stopped, and as soon as he plugs it back in he bsods. He wants to try and reinstall the driver but doesn't know how to uninstall the driver without plugging it in.

You can do pretty much anything with just the keyboard. Big pain though.

Yeah, I think the problem is that the mouse driver isn't showing up when it isn't plugged in. On the device menu at least.
