I am going to find the lowest priced / highest Gigabyte game on Steam. I will purchase this game and just continue to download it / uninstall / download it indefinitely.

If you max your own bandwidth on Steam permanently, you'll still never get their attention.

yea lot of isps use first derivative tests to monitor use, so if you are consistently downloading a lot of things on steam you shouldn't have a problem.
