Need to Defrag my PC what is the best free and paid software to use?

The windows defragger is perfectly fine. Some may suggest you Defraggler, but I haven't tried it.

^ This if you are using W7 as your OS or in my opinion you may also try auslogics as an alternative.

MyDefrag uses the windows defrag api but is scriptable and lets you optimize your defragging.

Another idea I had was the spy/sniper being able to climb into the soldier's rocket launcher and be launched across the map, dealing more damage, but no splash.

ok well have w7 but the defrag kinda seems really basic and barebones...
but I guess i will just use that then.

You're not supposed to manually open and run it yourself, just let it run automatically in the background like it's designed to do. Doesn't really matter what it looks like then.

Why do you think you need to defrag? Is the drive particularly fragmented and doesn't have enough free space for windows defrag to run? You should never need to touch it in windows 7, it will defrag itself on a schedule by default.

The only time I'd manually defrag is if I'd just got done moving a ton of files, like say mass video conversion or spring cleaning. Generally if I'm doing that I use Defraggler

I prefer MyDefrag as well.
