Recommend a keyboard and mouse?

I'm looking for a keyboard and mouse that aren't TOO expensive. I'd prefer a backlit keyboard. Any suggestions?

Any mouse, and any keyboard except for the Logitech G-series. Avoid those cheap mushboards like the plague.

The sidewinder x4 and x6 are quite nice keyboards
Fan of metal? Don't mind covers? Check out my youtube and give me some feedback

Steelseries Sensei. I plan to pick one up this weekend. For keyboard I also have done a little bit of reasearch and the best/cheapest mechanical gaming keyboard you can get is the Cooler Master Storm Quickfire Rapid Mechanical Keyboard. Also the Steelseries sensei is a bit on the pricy side compared to mices made by logitech, which are also a good mouse making brand.

I use sidewinder x4 and very happy with it. And logitech g300 mouse. Would recommend both if you're looking for budget ones.

I game with a sidewinder 4x and a cheap ass $9 mouse. Works perfectly for me.

I'm rocking a X6 and X5 myself. Too bad they don't make X6's anymore :(

Such a personal choice and so many personal things that go into picking these that it is very hard to say "get this and that".

Sidewinder X4 is good for the money. So is the Logitech G400.

Get a razer black widow and you will never need another keyboard.
