How to take screenshots on Steam?

I thought there was a way to take screenshots on Steam games and automatically add it to your Steam profile. Is it F5?

You can also change the hotkey in the options, even from the Steam overlay (Shift + Tab). Useful if F12 conflicts with the game in question.

^For that very reason, I have Steam set to take screenshots with the Pause/Break key...Very, very few games respond to it doing anything.

MSI/Fraps are setup on Scroll Lock for recording (+Nifty little "record light" on my keyboard.), and PrintScrn for screenshots.
