Uh, sure it does. You could use an extremely low profile case, allowing it to be much smaller than traditional mATX machines because the GPU height isn't an issue.

Wouldn't it still basically require a full-size PSU since it'd be a desktop CPU in there? The M18x uses a 240W brick IIRC and that's with a mobile CPU in there...and there aren't many quality SFF PSU's you can buy above 300W. Only one that comes to mind is a 450W one by Silverstone.

I guess if this board also has mPCI-e and mSATA connectors, it'd be more likely to be fit for a slimline PC.
