Where is the bluetooth located on the PC?

I am not talking about a program, I would like to know on what physical hardware does bluetooth come from? I have several devices that connects via bluetooth and I wanna make sure before purchasing a PC I get the proper hardware that has it.

If the pc you get doesn't have bluetooth already, you could always just get one of those usb bluetooth connectors. Pretty cheap I'd imagine.

Bluetooth is almost never included with desktops, and isn't always included with laptops. The most common way to get Bluetooth if you don't have it is through a USB dongle (much like Wi-Fi capability).

But if I were buying PC hardware where would it be located? Is it like on the CPU or Motherboard. Thats all I wanna know.

Usually laptops specify that they have Bluetooth on them in the product. If you are talking about a desktop PC with Bluetooth, I have yet to find one. In that case, it would be a good idea to use a Bluetooth dongle like this:

I use it on my computer for my PS3 controller, and it works great. Mind you, it does take a bit of driver wrangling to get it working, but it works terrific when you get it running.

It would be on the motherboard. I have seen quite a few motherboards on Newegg that have built-in Bluetooth.

I just edited my last post to include the answer. You can find some motherboards that have Bluetooth built in. Bluetooth is never included in a prebuilt desktop.

The ASUS P8H67-I Deluxe and P8P67 Pro are a couple of those boards.
