So.... Direct2Drive?

I was around when the whole Gamefly purchasing was going but kind of blew it off. Is there a way to access the games I had purchased on Direct2Drive? If not, figure that's my bad, should've kept up with it, but if not could anyone lemme know?

Assuming your games weren't transferred to GameFly and the GameFly client, you can re-download from their site by going into your account and there's a "Direct2Drive downloads" section.

Bare in mind, however, that these are exact copies of what was on Direct2Drive servers, so anything that used D2D's activation/DRM still has it included, and won't work because the D2D activation servers are no longer operating. DRM-Free games, or ones that didn't use the Authenticator should be alright, however.

Just double checked to be sure:

It's in: My Account->Purchase History->Click the "D2D Downloads" tab.

Glad I stayed on the Steamtrain and didn't buy anything from D2D!!!! Except for sale stuff that I cold activate on steam of course.

This is the kind of thing that scares me with gamestop DD and origin. I use them when I have to but really prefer to have all my pc games on steam.
