Hey, I have a Corsair Carbide Series 400R Mid tower gaming case

I can't see a single place where I need to plug in my 1394 firewire header on this board

Any help would be great - thanks =)

Unless I missed something on the specs sheet to your mobo, it doesn't even have firewire.

so I just leave it unplugged then? What is the function of the 1394 fire wire header anyway? (2nd question isn't all too important, just curious)

Yeah. You don't have to use it. Just don't plug it in. Just a fast connection. Not a lot of devices use it. Not that I know of anyways.

Glad to hear it! Now I can get back to putting this thing together.

Also, another quick question if I may.

I have this

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148591

this

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006EKJCWM/ref=oh_details_o00_s01_i03

and this

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0057FRTPW/ref=oh_details_o00_s01_i01

On that board, I plug the SDD drive into the 6Gb\s slot, and the other two devices into the 3Gb\s SATA connectors right?
