quick SATA Connector question

I plug the SDD drive into the 6Gb\s slot, and the other two devices into the 3Gb\s SATA connectors right?

SSD into the 6 Gb/s. The others don't really matter, but there's no reason not to connect the HDD to the second 6 Gb/s slot.
