The 6570 is far better than the 8600GT.

9800 GT is a lot better than the 440 GT.

What's your budget? Maybe we could suggest one or two GPUs that are worth buying.

40-50 which is around 60-70$

I've already bought a new 500W PSU because my current one is like 300W. How much better is the 440 compared to the 8600?

There was no reason to update your PSU if you're getting something less than a 6770/7750.
