You bought an average monitor. Could have gotten much better ones for not much more money.

ELABORATE!!! Thats fine, I understand there are better monitors, but I'm not going to get something different just because you say so. I want to learn about these displays and understand why one is better than the other.

There's no need for elaboration or reassurance. You got a $25 discount on a new monitor so be glad. If you discovered the differences it could possibly lead to buyer's remorse. Besides, you can hook up your console, pc and whatnot so it's a win for you.

I have the ASUS monitor and use it for PC/PS3/XBOX 360. The picture looks good and haven't had any hardware issues. The only con is that the speakers are terrible.

There is a need. You can't just come in and say the others are better without any reasoning. Why even post them in the first place?

I would like to know for the future why the others would be a better choice? What should I look for in a monitor?
