Honestly, I don't know how people can have problems with spyware still.
That'll prevent most spyware from ever getting on your system, unless you're using the family computer and you can't get your mom or little sister to stop downloading screensaver attachments they get from random people in email...
I would say add ccleaner to the list and periodically clean out the old cookies...
Also, if you're really unable to control yourself on the web, you can get sandboxie and run your browser in there and then even if you DO download a virus it will be sandboxed and unable to do any real harm.
As for anti-virus, I just use Microsoft Security Essentials... before that I used absolutely zero anti-virus software and had no trouble with viruses for years.
