Provided the two sets can handle the same speeds, same timings, and same voltage with identical results, then they're perfectly compatible at said speed, timings, and voltage.

Even though the game runs in 720p, it produces another 480p stream for the New Controller. That's like 1200p!

Or get the same ram you had before and remove the heatsinks?

I'm fairly certain it all depends on your mobo. I have one dimm being used on my ASRock z77 extreme 4 (which is smaller than a regular ATX mobo) closest to my hyper 212 evo, therefore filling all of them is possible for me. Is there a size difference between the 212+ and evo? Even if there is, I still assume it all depends on your mobo.

Get low profile RAM.

As long as you don't have huge heatsinks on the RAM closest to the cooler, it will work. I've done it on both AMD and Intel mobos using Gskill Ripjaws, with the RAM being added after the Hyper 212+ was seated.

Hopefully that Samsung RAM will fit. It looks pretty low compared to the typical stick of RAM with heatsinks but those are pretty tall, I guess we'll see.

Worst case scenario I turn my H212+ around and remove the fan on the RAM side and run pull only.

It'll work fine. You can adjust the position of the side fan on the Hyper 212+ up if the heat sink is too big (my computer has this adjustment).

Just got the Samsung RAM in the mail today along with some stuff for my other PC.

The RAM is TINY. It's like half the size of a regular stick, I haven't put it in yet but I doubt it'll have a problem fitting under the H212+

I encountered this problem the other day... You can adjust the height of the fan slightly and have like 1/16th inch space between the ram and plastic from the fan.

Another problem you may or may not have is a side chassis fan fitting. I couldn't close my case and had the remove the side fan.

I have the same cooler. The best thing to do is get 1 stick with no heatspreader on it. Be that taking it off one of the sticks or just getting 1 stick with the same specs/brand as the other 3.
Personally, I have a 4GB stick of Patriot Signature in slot 1, and just a little bit of it sits under the cooler fan. In slots 2 and 4, I have G.Skill Ripjaws.
