1000$ budget, there's some wiggle room left. No need for the extras(OS, monitor, etc.) as I have them.

Get a Source 210 Elite case, any $40 RAM, 520W version of that PSU since you won't be SLI/CF on that motherboard. Might be enough wiggle room to fit in a 7850 then.
