is newegg spying on my computer?

they sent me an email with 7 parts, all of which are in my current build (the gpu has been replaced). the thing is, I only got the ram and power supply (2 years ago) on newegg.com. I've never even looked at that gpu on newegg before. is my privacy being violated here?

Log onto Newegg and look at your wishlist. They always send these when an item on your wishlist is on sale.

It even says in the email, "Items from your wishlist"... Come on SSA. Don't be KidInTheHall.

I've been getting newegg ads on my gmail account as well. They're watching you...and me too, =/

But yeah it kinda sucks. I see random newegg ads around my facebook as well. I guess its related, and i don't really mind it too much, but you still feel sold out.

Edit: no wishlist either.

but none of these are currently in my saved wishlist. I have not made a wishlist with the psu or gpu (which I've not even looked at on the site). I think they have me all scoped out.
