Depends on what you want to use it for.

For gaming, it sucks.

I had an even older computer and it was good for games. Not amazing, but good. Is it at least decent for games?

looks a lot like my computer before I upgraded, with the exception of that lol GPU. It's ok if you're playing on lower resolutions, but I dont know just how bad that 430 is.

Oh, believe me. I know it's bad. What's a good pci-e graphics card that's good with my motherbpard and CPU. Or in general.

I don't mean to be the bearer of bad news, but even if you replaced the GPU, the CPU and RAM are really old and outdated. It would be shameful to put something like a 670 in there since it would be bottlenecked to hell.

I had an OC'ed E8500 with a GTX 280 (which is quite more powerful than the 430) and I was having trouble running newer games at 1920x1080. Even if you're playing at a lower res, you'll have to turn down graphical settings. They'll still be playable but don't expect quality.
