No DRM on itunes any more. You're free to do what you want with anything you buy from them.

Yeah, the (non-Japanese) music industry dropped this DRM nonsense years ago. Can play on whatever device, burn to CDs, etc.

You've always been able to burn to CD, even when there was DRM.
