How reliable do people find the Extreme6 to be? The DOA/RMA comments make me leery, but I understand all boards have a failure rate. Been researching mobos and this one caught my interest, is the board of good quality?

The board is quality, but you'd have to be a silly goose like KidInTheHall to get one over the Extreme4. There's not really anything on that board to warrant the extra 50 bucks.

wanted to make sure... with sabertooth armor stuff, can i still be able to put my EVO hyper 212 along with my 8G ram with enough space?

The armor shouldn't block it. Your ram though, can be a problem. If you plan on using slot 1, it has to have no heatsink or your fan has to sit a lot higher on the heatsink.
