I'd say it's a slightly above average TPS held back by the overuse of cutscenes, which are unskippable most of the time. Also, most of the levels are so small you can barely use the trademark shootdodge without bumping into something.

I thought it was fantastic. Not perfect but a solid 8.8-9/10.

I am a huge fan! Id agree with a high 8/10. Not perfect but extremely satisfying. Some awesome levels, great gun battles, and a very solid plot that has some similarities to Denzel Washington's "Man on Fire"

Loved it, the gunplay is just smooth and fun.

I enjoyed my first play through. The second was very tedious with the unskippable cutscenes. Sure it says you can skip them but that it is still loading. I seriously doubt that as I had it on my SSD and it took mere seconds to load a checkpoint but what seemed like minutes while just playing through.

That issue aside, the game was a good action game but it wasn't gritty enough for me considering the series earlier entries. Still well worth the price of admission right now if you had any interest in it.

I have the PC version, I haven't played a lot of it but it's great. The story is really good, you have Max once again at his lowest point in a desperate situation and he's always drunk and on pills which makes things pretty crazy. The controls are fantastic, it's probably the only 3rd person shooter I've played that comes close to the spot on control of the Uncharted series. It is still the kind of game where you get a health bar and collect pill bottles to heal you up so you have heal wisely. Bullet time really is a huge factor in surviving a lot of really insane situations. Also it does have "arcade mode" where the cut scenes are removed and it's a score based game where the best shots are the goal.

I literally dived every time I shot somebody so I have no idea what you're talking about.
