feint buzzing from PSU

can that mean the power supply is going bad? The buzzing it's making is very feint but if you listen closely you can hear it.

What psu is it? Mine did it at first when I built my computer and used it for a while it stopped. Guess I had to break it in.

I've never had an electronic device that didn't make some kind of buzz or whine from somewhere. Ever.
My old GBA made noise, too. Whined when playing BulletGBA with the sound off and listening very closely.

I think it's a coolermaster or something like that. I didn't notice it until I sat in silence today. I'm not sure if it's ever done this before.

If it's something new and it didn't do it before then that can mean either a capacitor is going bad or could be the fan.

Well one of two thing is happening.

1. It's a normal noise that you simply never noticed before.

2. Your PSU is about to fail.

If you let the PSU completely fail, it has a chance of taking some of your other hardware with it, including but not limited to, your motherboard, your CPU, and your harddrives.
