Newegg's Open Box Desktops can be a surprisingly decent value

All the parts+mouse/keys and OS bring this rig to roughly $1200 give or take

you couldn't build this for cheaper, in other words. Only iffy spot would be the Power Supply, but that's not super expensive.

I would junk the power supply and CPU cooler, buy better ones, then take it apart and put it back together. I don't trust Cyberpower or any of the low tier custom PC builders. And the keyboard and mouse have to go as well. That means I would spend an extra ~$250 if I had no parts laying around to build it to my liking.

It usually tends to mean that someone ordered the computer, took it out of the box for a day, didn't want it, and returned it.

Although if you want a serious answer, it means you open the box and it's ready. No assembly required.
