$750 in magic cards, or a video card of similar price?

Which would you choose?

Seeing as how I have binders of the cards collecting dust from a decade ago... I'd go with the video card.

Buy a video card for $400 and buy $350 in magic cards.

Note: I would not spend that much $ on magic cards.

The cards are vintage and very old (broken in power) thus why so expensive.

Ultimately both are unnecessary just curious which people would get.

I don't play Magic, and I only need another $400 to run 670s in SLI.

750 dollars on a card game? That is ridiculous. Go with the video card. Don't abuse the nerd bar.

Surely you understand that overwhelming majority are going to go with the video card.

I mean don't get me wrong, I think Magic is a cool game and I enjoyed playing it with friends a while back. But $750 on them? Surely that voice in your head is telling you that's not a good investment.

That's what they said back when it was a fun game and now if you've got sets from back in the day they're worth a down payment on cars and houses.
