I want to know if My laptop can play ArmA 2 without any lag issues.
But still, I want to see my system specs.

Assuming you are using Windows. Click the Windows icon in the bottom left corner and click the search box. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter. Wait for the new window to pop up. It will show you your specs.

One way of doing it but kind of hard to read if you don't know what you're looking for.

I'd suggest just downloading and running Speccy.
