Buying this 7870 from bestbuy marketplace for 180 dollars

#1noname278Posted 11/9/2012 9:14:22 AM(edited)
I have 80 dollars in certificates from being a reward zone member and am wondering after the price reduction if its a good buy. Also its 6 months no interest and that's a plus(even tho ill prob pay it off before next month).

Does that $80 only apply to that particular card? $260 for a 7870 is about $30 too high.

Is that the GHz edition? I must have missed that since it didn't say on the title. In that case, price seems about right.

The only question now is does the boost from it being the GHz edition worth it for the $30 extra you are paying versus a standard one.

Well the card is a hawk edition and 7870's are always GHZ editions.

It's a good card, not at a great price, but since most things at Best Buy are rather expensive it's as good a thing as any to spend your store credit on.

Once we perfect building Mechs, I expect there to be a factory in Mexico pumping out a brand call Mechsican. I wanna buy me a Mechsican.

I don't have a MSI one gut I got a 7870GHz from XFX and it runs games pretty good in 1080. not all of them will be 60+ fps in ultra/maxed out but incredibly playable.
