Any better deal than this laptop for general web browsing/email/office usage?

6GB DDR3 and 2.5GHz i5. Just looking for a Christmas present, so the GPU won't really matter for anything beyond browser games.

If you're just getting it for general usage, go a bit lower and get an APU. An i5 is excessive.

Yeah, I figure whatever I buy will be a little overkill at least (but I'd prefer that to the alternative), and looking into Samsung's series 3 line the next model down is an i3 and slightly slower clocked http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834131302
