Which would be the best if i'm not looking to overclock but wanting to game well at the same time? Would that still be viable?

Any Intel CPU.
Skip on the Ks because they're the same as non-Ks with the same number, but with unlocked multipliers for overclocking.

i5 3570 would be fine.

AMD CACHING = NOT YET FINISHED
a high end card gets bg3 1080p maxed around 200fps ~The Q on BF3.

K flavors are only 10-30 bucks more. I say buy a K flavor CPU if you have any desire to OC in the future rather then buy one and down the line you do want to OC.
