Skip on the Ks because they're the same as non-Ks with the same number, but with unlocked multipliers for overclocking.

i5 3570 would be fine.

a high end card gets bg3 1080p maxed around 200fps ~The Q on BF3.

K flavors are only 10-30 bucks more. I say buy a K flavor CPU if you have any desire to OC in the future rather then buy one and down the line you do want to OC.
