| I got the Corsair K90 mechanical keyboard and it actually has a wrist-rest that comes with it that has a soft rubber coating. Really makes for a more comfortable gaming session. I also have a gel- wriste pad for my mouse but I only use it in non-FPS games because for some reason I can't aim and accurately with my wrist on the gel pad.

| Is it a posture issue caused by the height of the desk compared to your chair? If so a wrist rest will make it worse.

I enjoy it a lot. I don't use a mouse rest though, so I can't comment. The last one I had was on a Razer Exactmat and I hated it.

| A taller computer chair would solve the issue if you have the same issue I did. Personally using a wrist rest made it worse as it increased the angle on my wrist. I couldn't find a tall enough chair, so I installed a keyboard tray under my desk. It's more comfortable now, but the damage from my bad posture and Diablo 3 was not pretty.
