Which video card would give me stable 60 fps in all new games?

My processor is i7-3770k @3.4 ghz and RAM is 8gb.

PS : How would I go about overclocking my processor and how much can I overclock it with stock fan?

What monitor? Do you have a video card already?

At 1080p, a 4GB GTX 770 would be good.

Higher than that, or for more demanding games the next couple years, a 780 would be good.

Keep in mind that the new architecture is supposedly coming out next year, though. I believe this is their 'refresh' period for Kepler.

Yeah this, unless you want all your games on ultra 60fps then minimum a 770.

Well he never said he wanted all the new games at max settings, he just said new games at 60 fps, maybe he wants to run them a low settings 60fps.

With an i7-3770k? I don't think so.

Come on now, there's a difference between disabling/lowering a setting or two in certain games and running at low settings. The 660 is not a top-end card, but it's plenty powerful at 1080p.
