I just slapped this card in my system and it improved performance immensely. I've never been a PC Gamer, but I inherited a core i7 system with 8GB of HDDR3 and stuck this card in and I'm impressed. Graphics are way better than PS3. Instead of turning graphics settings to low so I can play games, I can turn them to Max/Ultra and still get the fastest framerates.

I recommend this card to anyone looking to upgrade from an old(er) card. It definitely impressed me. My next card will probably be in the $500 range. But for now, for $169, this one is doing quite well.

Sarcasm mixed with companionship? I'll take it. And thank you.

I don't know why it took me so long to realize the PC as a superior games platform.

I'm curious as to how he ended up paying $159 for an offbrand 650ti when EVGA 650ti boosts are only $150.

Hoping you got a boost or 2 gig or something and just decided not to mention it...anyways!

Beginning of June there was a deal for a MSI 650ti for $100. Got one for my sister and told my friend about the deal and he got one too. Both entering the master race for the first time and are excited for ff14. Benchmarks ran smoothly, they took advantage of steam sales though July, and both couldn't be happier. 650ti definitely gets the job done.

It's Canada by the way. Higher prices here probably. I have been running Planetside 2 on max and it runs smooth.
