I need help finding a good PRINTER.

I know very little about printers. So I'll just explain what I'm trying to do...

I'm going to make some custom Lego minifigures. That means I need a printer that can print very clear and VERY small details. A printer that can print on transparent decal paper and have the ink show. I'm thinking a color laser printer. It needs to print as good quality as possible :P.

Non-important things are the amount of time it takes to print and stuff. All I care about is quality of tiny Lego-sized prints. I've heard stuff about ALPS whatever the heck that is that sound good.

Now the other issue is cost. Most of the recommended printers have been ridiculously expensive. I'm trying to find something... $500ish. I can spend more if needed.

I really don't know what kind of stats or anything to look for since I know little about printers.

Isn't that an inkjet? I need laser specifically (ALPS if possible whatever that is). Inkjet smudges and stuff with decals and the treatments you have to put on decals to make them look pro.
