Also 8 GB seems like a reasonable amount along with 512 bit bus I don't know why but a jump from 6-8 seems a little to small for me, a jump from 6-10 would seem more reasonable I guess. There's 1 GB, 1.5 GB, 2, 2.5, 3, 4 GB cards why not something like 10? And yes I know sizes don't work that way but . . . . .

What the hell is going to use 8GB of vram, gaming-wise, in the near future? Is someone going to mod Crysis 3 to individually model each grain of dirt on the ground?

Has anything even used more than 4GB of vram yet? My guess would be Skyrim with 657GB of mods, if anything.

"Even if you go by the cheapest price the game has ever been anywhere, psn+ would still be cheaper by at least 3 fold". DemonDog on psn+ vs. Steam

I usually skip a generation, pretty happy with my 2600k and pair of GTX660's, but I will probably build a new PC mid-late next year with whatever Intel comes out with ( if it's worth it ) and 8xx series cards.

Dammit all I saw was Titan release in 2014, and I got excited for a half of a second.

if you're running true 4k you'll use 8gb vram..this is also justifying $1000 purchase
