I need to know if this will run the games I want it to at max.

Upgrade the GPU to a GTX 660 and you should be good to go.

What does the 660 have that the 760 doesn't? PCPartPicker also has the 660 as $55 less, so that would be great.

I would try to get a 770 if you really want to max those games. The 660 will offer worse performance, not better. This should give you a good idea of the frame rates you'd get:

He's a troll. He just goes around saying GTX660 can max all games in every single thread. 760 is better in every way.

I've heard ARMA 2 is hard to run on max. Far Cry 3 is as well if you want any anti-aliasing(doesn't make a huge difference). Doubt you'll be able to quite get a steady 60FPS with it even without, but it still wont be bad.

All the others are good I think, although it depends on what mods you're running on Skyrim.

Actually you are the troll. Saying I've posted in "every single" thread is a blatant lie.

Okay, I was going to say, that didn't sound right.

I've heard the same about ARMA, but if that and Far Cry are the only games I won't be able to absolutely max out, I wouldn't mind.

Will I need any extra cooling? Or will the built in fans be good enough? I won't be overclocking the processor.

See, my budget is $1000, and this build is at $1007.25, so I'm right on. The 770 is at least $150 more than the 760, which I can't really work into my budget at the time.

Right now I ran Napoleon Total War at Max settings 1080p, and its giving me worse FPS than ARMA 2.

That will be a solid system. As you already acknowledged, it won't max by the true meaning of the word but it will likely be sufficient for you, especially if you are okay with 30fps.
