It's completely legal to stick your sata in a 16GB SSD in my state. Whether or not you want to is a different matter.

I'd be careful about that. As tempting as those 16 GB's might be it's safer to go with 18 GB's.

Well, I'm not into SSDs that size anyway. I'd rather use a piece of tech after it has matured some.
