Any idea where to get a gaming desk top that isn't too expensive?

Crysis 3 is a pain in the butt to run. My PC would probably run it at 30fps in max settings, and it cost me 1,500.

Well you did an extremely expensive motherboard and an i7. An overclocked gtx 760 or 7950 should get 30fps: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/GeForce_GTX_760_TF_Gaming/14.html

Well yeah, but it was hell worth it, but yeah not even the 780 can run it at 60fps at max settings 1080p.

Dead Rising 3 does look amazing. A $900 PC will max out Max Payne 3. Crysis 3 is another story. But, Crysis 3 should be doable if you don't mind 30fps.

I'm kind of used to playing games at 30fps, so it's totally not a big deal to me. =) Crysis 3 isn't quite as important to me. I am a huge fan of Crytek though, I've enjoyed their works since their 2004 Far Cry game on the PC. It is one of my favorite FPS games ever made.
