Why would you get a z68 motherboard at this point in time, for a new build??? Unless you mean this is a build you already have and not one you are looking to build.

The SSD choice is very poor. They don't even make the 830 anymore? Go with the 840 ( I have the 256gb version ) or the 840 pro. Or anything else that is more modern. That is a bad price for an older drive.

The latter. It's a build I already have with parts being swapped throughout the years. This is what I have now.

In addition, why would you buy a 680 when a 770 is better and cheaper?

So this is an upgrade project? Would probably serve you better to list what the build was and what you are looking to upgrade it to, rather than what you posted in the OP...

Edit: Would probably cut down on a lot of these "Why would you" posts you are getting.

I'm just looking for any suggestions to what I can improve on. Every part there is what I have right now. I don't know what I want to upgrade to or if I should even upgrade now.

I would spring for a GTX 780 if you're going with Nvidia

other than I feel poor storage choice, it's an ok build.

Yeah I got that storage last year before the 840 came out. I'll wait until SSD's get cheaper for more storage. I was also going to wait for the 880 possibly.
