-Update battle system with combos and more weapons

Chrono Trigger
-graphical remake
-Full CG's
-Add an expansion where you can create the future to your liking and visit other people's alternate worlds
-You can visit other people's worlds to team up with them to take down overpowered end game bosses, you get achievement for beating said boss

Minecraft
-rate R version
-Graphical overhaul made to look realistic
-Different enemies added give more challenge
-combat system updated and more complex to meet new challenges of enemies

Baldur's Gate 1/2, Champions of Norath games
-graphical update
-multiplayer online
-expansion back with secret bosses you need to team up with other players to beat

1) being too slow

What kind of RPG do you team up with other players to take down overpowered bosses? MMORPGs.

If it's not an MMO, it means that enemies that can taken down with one player and thus, multiplayer and team-ups are unnecessary.

1) I don't mean for the overpowered bosses to be a staple. Just an optional quest if you want.
2) the idea more comes from dark souls. As in maybe there is a hard part in the game and you can get help from teammates
3) also lots of the multiplayer options just give games some spice imo. Doesn't mean you have to join some massive server where everyone is joined in on. More like battle.net or people host games and others join.

Just because a game might have an element of an mmo doesn't make it an mmo. Lots of games share elements from different genres. The point is its multiplayer not MMO. There are no huge massive servers needed for my ideas.
