I'm looking for a way to take notes directly on Powerpoint's / PDF's using the Surface RT and OneNote 2013 for university this fall.
Right now my current problem is you cannot add text DIRECTLY on top of the imported powerpoint slide as it treats it as an image and when you click above it, it selects the image instead of allowing you to type.
I'm using the "Select objects or type text" tool - so it's obviously doing the former. Is there simply a "type text" tool? I've been going through all the menus trying to find one.
