Upgrading my Rig

#1playdatpsp91Posted 8/7/2013 5:39:34 AM
Hello All

Currently i have one GTX560 Non TI. I want better performance with more demanding game and modding the hell out of skyrim.

Now i know the new cards need a PCI 3.0 Board and my board does not support it so i would need to buy the card and a new board ...

The reasoning why im not doing that is im buying a ps4 but for the mean time i want that extra jump in my PC games.. If i buy another gtx560 and SLI Them how much of a boost will i see in games ..

oh i have an i5 2k edition 3.4 hgz /16 gb ram

Yeah, forget about buying a new motherboard. You don't need it.

If you SLI it, you'll still only have the use of the VRAM from one card (I assume your 560 is a 1GB model). i would just buy one new card (760, maybe), and sell the 560 if you can.
