you probably shouldn't use any psu that comes with a case tbh. you should probably try to find a cheaper regular case, like an nzxt source 210 if your budget is really inflexible, and then try to fit in an 80+ bronze certified psu in your budget--preferably by a highly reputable company, like seasonic (which is the best), xfx, corsair, antec, etc.

this is probably overkill. unless you do a lot of work on your computer that can take advantage of hyperthreading (e.g., video editing or something like that), you should save your money and get an i5-4670(k) instead. you would get more mileage putting that money toward a better video card, like the gtx 770, or you could just save it, because the gtx 760 is good enough for pretty much everything worth playing right now (and crysis 3, metro: last light, etc. if you don't mind turning the settings down a bit, or if you're okay with getting a very-playable-but-not-60 fps)

otherwise you should be okay

Kingmichael nailed it. Get a cheaper case and buy a separate PSU. Forget about the i7 and get an i5-4670k and use that extra money to buy a better graphics card, SSD, or RAM. Only get more RAM if you multi-task a lot and play memory intensive games like MMO's.

I'll add that you should get 1600 MHz RAM, its barely more expensive. And spring for 2x4gb sticks instead of one 8gb stick.

Shoot. You could probably get away with an i3.

Usually, PSUs that come with cases are junk, and Cooler Master is notorious for it. The PSU is probably an eXtreme Power Plus 550W in there.

Get a case without a PSU and get a good quality PSU.

You'll want DDR3 1600, not 1333. Not a big difference but you might as well get the best your CPU supports.
